I had my usual 90 minutes massage with laura last night and what a restorative experience it was and I also wish to add the super 9 hour sleep, much needed, afterwards. I use my body a lot and it gets the relaxation and revitalization it craves from Laura's treatment and techniques, which she terms fusion. Long strokes, short intense focused work, on skin, through cloth , ...many many strategies which I try to analyze before going into that special zone.
